The Book has Mold all around it wish I had known before hand,I really wanted to read it,since it's not being printed anymore.
Excellent breakdown of mob past and continuing ties with NFL
kind of an old school look into a previous era in football
Moldea takes you back through the NFL's sordid past of which the league would love to keep hidden. Don't believe everything you're seeing on Sundays, Monday nights, and Thursday nights. Fixing is going on right before your very eyes and all you have to do is look deeper. Ask questions and investigate because you'll be surprised by what you find.
I loved these stars as a kid and it is somewhat disconcerting to find out about their shady dealing. This man knows what he is talking about. Shines a light on the problems with the NFL then and possibly for the NFL now. Fact filled to say the least this book should be on every footballer lovers shelf.
Gifted a family member with this book who swears some of the pro games are "fixed." He was glad to see there is evidence to support his theory...
My wife loved this book, but i could care less about football behind the scenes. YMMV.
